Franchise Information

Grant joined Concerto Networks® in June 2007 as the first franchise owner for the Highbrook, Auckland area. He brings more than 12 years of Information Technology (IT), engineering and business experience to his position with the company.

Prior to coming on board with Concerto Networks, Grant spent over twelve years in various technical and engineering roles, he trained as an aircraft technician in the Royal New Zealand Air Force and was responsible for the maintenance and repair of aircraft mechanical systems. After leaving the air force Grant discovered he had a passion for computing and completed a bachelor degree in Information Technology. After graduating he quickly embarked into business, forming his own IT company and has been providing technical support as a consultant to residential clients and local businesses within the Auckland area. His technical background includes an extensive knowledge of Microsoft platforms, computer support and maintenance, networking analysis and administration and system security. He possesses strong customer service, troubleshooting and leadership skills. Grant has also begun his certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE).

Each Concerto Networks franchise owner is positioned to act as an outsourced Information Technology (IT) Director, offering services that include initial needs assessments, purchasing guidance, installation, and maintenance of complete office technology systems including business systems, wired and wireless communications and networking, computer hardware and software, and Internet and Web hosting solutions.
